Our publishing policy

We aim to be as transparent as possible in undertaking our investigations and considering appeals. To this end we will publish non-confidential versions of all key submissions and evidence as well as our own analysis and reports.

All reports by the CCP will contain:

• A description of the process the CCP has followed during the case, and confirmation that the process is consistent with our rules of procedure
• A discussion of the evidence provided to the CCP and the analysis undertaken by us
• Our recommendations of action that should be taken by the relevant sponsor.

We will not, however, publish any business secrets or confidential information provided to us. In publishing any information, we will consult with the relevant parties to identify information that might be considered confidential and that should not be published.
