• Merger of South-West Essex’s provider services arm and North East London NHS Foundation Trust
  South-West Essex PCT provider services arm (Community Health Services) and North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) are proposing to merge. NELFT will act as host to the community services presently provided by Community Health Services.

• North West Specialist Commissioning Team conduct complaint
  Hanover Healthcare (the trading name of Revona LLP) has asked the CCP to assess whether the North West Specialist Commissioning Team (NWSCT) has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition.

• Transfer of Buckinghamshire PCT's provider services arm to Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust
  Buckinghamshire PCT is proposing to transfer its provider services arm (Community Health Buckinghamshire) to Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
