  Croydon PCT is proposing to transfer its provider services arm (Croydon Community Health Services) to Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.

• Merger of NHS Lewisham's provider services arm with Lewisham Hospital NHS Trust
  NHS Lewisham is proposing to transfer its provider services arm (Lewisham PCT Community Health Services) to Lewisham Hospital NHS Trust.

• East London NHS Foundation Trust is proposing to acquire Newham PCT's provider services arm.
  The CCP will examine the costs and benefits of the proposed merger under its merger guidelines to assess whether it could be expected to have an adverse effect on patients or taxpayers.

• Merger of South-East Essex's provider services arm and Mid-Essex's provider services arm
  South-East Essex PCT and Mid-Essex PCT are proposing to merge their provider arms. South-East Essex will act as the host NHS Trust.

• Merger of Ealing PCT's provider services arm, Harrow PCT's provider services arm and Ealing Hospital NHS Trust
  Ealing PCT's provider services arm, Harrow PCT's provider services arm and Ealing Hospital NHS Trust are proposing to merge to form an Integrated Care Organisation.

• NHS Great Yarmouth & Waveney conduct complaint
  ACEVO and NHS Partners Network have asked the CCP to assess whether Great Yarmouth & Waveney Primary Care Trust (PCT) has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules of Cooperation and Competition by preventing non-NHS providers from participating in a recent tender.

• Merger of Portsmouth's provider services arm and Southampton City's provider services arm
  NHS Portsmouth and NHS Southampton City are proposing to merge their provider arms. NHS Southampton City will act as the host PCT.

• Merger of Bexley Care Trust with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and South London Healthcare Trust
  Bexley Care Trust is proposing to transfer its adult community health services and universal children's community health services to Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and transfer its specialist children's community health services with South London Healthcare NHS Trust.*

• Transfer of services from Derby City Provider Services to Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
  NHS Derby City is in the process of transferring the majority of the community services provided by Derby City Provider Services (DCPS) to Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DHFT). The CCP will examine the costs and benefits of the proposed merger under its merger guidelines to assess whether it could be expected to have an adverse effect on patients or taxpayers.

• Merger of West Sussex Provider Services and South Downs Health NHS Trust
  West Sussex Health is proposing to merge its provider arm with South Downs Health NHS Trust, which will act as the host NHS Trust.

• Churchill Medical Centre and Kingston Primary Care Trust
  Churchill Medical Centre has complained to the CCP that Kingston Primary Care Trust (PCT) has breached the Principles and Rules of Cooperation and Competition by preventing it from opening a new branch surgery at 164 Tudor Drive, Kingston.

• Acquisition of Bedfordshire and Luton Partnership NHS Trust
  The Cooperation and Competition Panel (CCP) has decided that the proposed acquisition of Bedfordshire and Luton Partnership NHS Trust (BLPT) by one of four shortlisted bidders meets the CCP's acceptance criteria for a merger reference. As a result, the CCP is accepting this case with its investigation starting from the date of this notice.

• Merger of NHS Richmond and Twickenham and NHS Hounslow provider services arms
  NHS Richmond and Twickenham and NHS Hounslow are proposing to merge their provider services arms, through a business transfer of NHS Hounslow's provider services to NHS Richmond, which will act as the host primary care trust.

• NHS consultants' non-contracted hours
  The CCP is conducting a study into restrictions placed on NHS Consultants' use of their non-contracted hours and is currently requesting submissions from interested parties.

• Proposed integrated care pilot scheme between City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust and Church View Medical Practice
  City Hospitals Sunderland Foundation Trust is planning to enter into a pilot integrated care scheme with a local primary care provider, Church View Medical Practice.

• Transfer of NHS Barking & Dagenham community health services business to North East London Foundation Trust
  NHS Barking & Dagenham is planning to transfer its community health services business to North East London Foundation Trust for a two-year period prior to the retendering of its community health services contracts.
