Birmingham East and North Procurement appeal

The Smile Centre has brought a procurement appeal to the CCP in relation to procurement by Birmingham East and North for the provision of dental services.

The CCP will assess whether the procurement was consistent with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition, in particular Principles 1 and 3 .
